If you purchase a course and decide it's not right for you, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. No questions asked. This is our way of ensuring you can learn without risk.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 7 days of your purchase date
- Not have consumed 100% of the course content
- Not have been terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions
We define “consumed 100%” as having accessed all course modules, video lessons, and materials. If you've viewed most but not all content, you may still be eligible—contact us to discuss.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at kds.devendrasingh@gmail.com with:
- Your order email address
- Your payment reference or transaction ID
- The course name
- A brief reason (optional)
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.
Processing Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Some banks process refunds slower than others.
Special Circumstances
If you've consumed more than 70% of the course but have a legitimate concern about quality or technical issues, contact us. We want to ensure you get value from your purchase. We'll consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
Declined Refunds
Refund requests may be declined if:
- The request is made after 7 days of purchase
- You have consumed 100% or nearly all of the course
- The request is part of a pattern of abuse (multiple refunds)
- Your account was terminated for policy violations
Bundle and Discount Purchases
If you purchased a course bundle or used a discount code, the refund amount will be the discounted price you paid, not the full price.
Technical Issues
If you're experiencing technical problems accessing the course, please contact us before requesting a refund. We're happy to troubleshoot and resolve access issues. A refund is not necessary if we can fix the problem.
